Well, Today was well....difficult to say the least. We spent all day trying to accomplish one thing: Family Home Evening. Let's just say there were so many interruptions and problems that we didn't even get through the planned activity. The kids still want to do it, so we will try again tomorrow. We did manage to make rainbow cupcakes. An interesting task. Layering different colored cake mix on top of each other. It took us 30 minutes just to get the cake mix into the cupcake tins. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.
Well they turned out great! I made Madi a rainbow cake like that only you put the mix in a bundt pan, cook it and then take it out of the pan and cut it in half and turn it on its side like a rainbow. But the cupcakes are so colorful! LUVS it!
